Attach Notes to Items on Pages

You can attach a Kerika Note to any item (document, project, Web link, whatever...) on any Idea Page. Kerika Notes are different from Sticky Notes in a couple of important ways:

  • Kerika Notes are linked to the items; Sticky Notes aren't, so they won't automatically move when you move the item on the Page.

  • You can attach several Kerika Notes to an item, and they will all show up in chronological order. You can remove individual Kerika Notes if they are no longer relevant. And if you use an item, such as a document, on two different projects, the Kerika Notes show up on both pages, making it easier to maintain a document history.

An example of Kerika Notes attached to a document

The example above shows a series of Kerika Notes attached to a document on an Idea Page.

  • To add a new Note, just click on the Add Note button on the lower-left corner of the Sidebar.
  • After typing in a new Note, click on the Save button.
  • To remove an old Note, select it and then click on the Delete button.
