You can share items – documents, Web links,
pictures, even entire Idea Pages – across multiple projects.
Just select the item you want to share, go to the Edit menu, select Copy, go to the other
project, select Paste from the Edit menu.
When you copy-and-paste an item, you actually create a dynamic (live) link to the same item on two or more pages.
So if the item gets modified on one page, or has a Note attached to it, or has its
appearance or position changed, the changes show up on all pages where the item has been placed.
If you are not certain whether you are using the same item on more than one page, select the item and use the Item Info
pane of the Sidebar to check, as illustrated in the example above.
If a document is on more than one page, these will all be listed in the Locations are at the bottom of the Item Info pane.
You can double-clickon on a page in the Locations list to do a quick jump from one project to another.
Tip: You don't have to do an explicit copy-and-paste to have the same item shared on two pages: if you drag-and-drop the same document from
your computer's file folders onto two different Idea Pages, for example, Kerika will automatically recognize that you are using the same
document in both pages and treat it as if you had done a copy-and-paste.
