You can add people to your project team by using their email addresses: Kerika takes care of the rest. If the person you added is already a Kerika subscriber, he/she will get a copy of your Project and both of you will be able to get the full benefit of Kerika, including the automatic filing of shared documents. (And it doesn't matter whether the person you added is currently online or not.) If the person you add is not currently a Kerika subscriber, he/she can get emails sent automatically when the project is modified or updated in any way (e.g. when a shared document is modified by you or any other Kerika subscriber). And when your buddy finally signs up as a Kerika subscriber, he/she will automatically get a full set of project files and can come up to speed in just seconds.
