Think of Idea Pages as an endless supply of digital paper on which you can sketch out your project using colorful
shapes and icons, just as you might do with a whiteboard in a conference room, but with some big differences: you can
add documents, Web links, sticky notes, and
pictures, and attach notes to the Page or anything you put on it.
You can create pages within pages to create more complex Projects, and you can reuse any part of any Page on
different Projects.
Here are some examples:
A business plan project, with a process flow, documents, Web links and sticky note:
A marketing project, with a process flow, documents and Web link:
An Idea Page set up for a Competitive Strategy project, with a process flow and Web link:
A personal Idea Page, with photographs and sticky notes:
You can build your Idea Pages from scratch or use a Template to jump-start
your new project.
At any time, you can share your project with others, regardless of where they are,
what sort of computer they are using, whether they are online or offline, or
even whether they are Kerika users or not.
When you use Idea Pages to share your projects and content, your team never loses sight of the big picture.
So instead of just spamming your team, or forcing them to use an
awkward teamsite or portal, or a hosted service
that compromises your privacy, you can easily string together a people-to-people networkTM
in just a couple of minutes, and get going without spending a lot of money on infrastructure or computer upgrades.
