Get details about any item on any Idea Page

The Item Info provides provides details about an item on an Idea Page:

  • Kind: what kind of object it is, e.g. a document, a shape, a sticky note, etc.

  • Size: the size of the object (and yes, we know our example shows 0KB but that's because we used a dummy document to illustrate our point :-))

  • Owner: who owns the item.

  • Created: the date when the item first showed up in Kerika. If you have an old document sitting around on your computer and you add it to an Idea Page today, it will show Today as the creation date.

  • Modified: the last time the item was modified by you or any member of the project team.

  • Start: you can fill in yourself, by simply clicking on the three components of the date (month-day-year, American style).

  • End: you can fill in yourself. Start and End Dates help you track when you need to get something done, e.g. finalize a presentation.

  • Completed: the Completion Status for the Item.

  • Status: calculated by Kerika based upon the End Date, if one had been provided.

  • Priority: you can set this value by clicking on it.

  • Locations: if an item (e.g. a document, Web link or sub-project) is used in multiple projects, you can double-click on any of the locations shown at the bottom to do a quick jump to the other projects.
