Idea Pages

Kerika turns your browser into a rich, interactive canvas which you can use to organize your project, develop a strategy, gather content (from your computer or from the Web), and share with your friends and coworkers.

This video will show you everything you need to know, from how to sign up as a new user, to how you can create your first project and share it with your team:

Create!

You can put anything you like on an Idea Page™:
  • ideas and plans,
  • pictures, videos and Web snippets,
  • files from your computer
  • any of your Google Docs.

You can mix-and-match content of all kinds on the same page. You can create text blocks that include pictures and links inside them; you can draw lines to connect items (which is very useful if you are laying out a process or a flowchart for your project); and you can add links to Web sites.

Organize!

You can create as many different projects as you like in your free Account: there is no limit to the number of pages that make up a project, nor how much content you place on any page, nor on how many people can view your projects.

It's easy to see how all your projects and pages are organized: the All Accounts page shows your personal Account – and the Accounts of other Kerika users that you are working with.

From here, it's easy to find all your projects: drill down into your Account, or that of one of your coworkers or friends who are sharing projects with you. A set of breadcrumbs helps you understand where you are at any time.

Share!

Every user has a personal Account, and as Account Owner, you decide which projects should be part of your Account.

When you create a new project, you are automatically the Leader of that project, and as Project Leader, you get to decide who to add to the team: you can add people as Team Members – which means they can make changes to your project, including adding new content – or as Visitors, which means they can view, but not modify, your project.

This video shows you how to set up and manage a project team:

Publicize!

You can make your project visible to the public if you are working on something where you want to get a lot of attention, and, of course, you can share your projects on social networks, like Facebook, Google +1, LinkedIn and Twitter.
